Tzikii Pita Grill in Tempe

Maybe we were just hungry, but we both thought their Gyro Pita tasted like the best we ever had. The shawarma plate was good to, and they have a fine selection of good Mediterranean dipping sauces/pastes.

The Gyros were great.... the owner was super cool too we chatted with him the entire time.... Great little spot...

I come to this place a couple times a month and they never disappoint. The food is made fresh and they give a huge portion of meat and fries with the gyros. The staff are always great too

Steer far far away, zero stars. Ordered a large pita after the lady showed me the amount of meat they give on the large which is 2 scoops. A guy came out from inside and made our pita and gave us 1 and maybe one third of a scoop of meat. Ordered a plate as well and was told they would offer 1 scoop of meat, ended up getting not even half. And ofcourse they charged us for a large. Total con artists. Place is also a dump. Way better pita places out there than this. And im turkish so I know when I see a good pita place.

We ordered 1 kids menu, a chicken shawarma pita and a couple hummus and all the dishes tasted amazing. The staff was friendly and always smiling. Had a great family time in the small space available.

The food is good. I like it because they ha e vegan offerings. The ambiance could be way better.

I went to the food truck when it was in Scottsdale at Scottsdale Centre by State Farm and the food/flavor is amazing. Had the gyro plate with salad and cilantro jalapeno hummus, can't wait to find the truck out and about more often as it may be the best food I've had from one of these mobile restaurants!!

Second time here and I love it even more!!! Super friendly staff with great smiles, food is fresh and filling... very clean... and outdoor seating is also available... I will keep coming back for sure!!!

I like the food here it is yummy, but when I asked for no onions, they even repeated my request back, but when I opened my gyro it was loaded with onions, I just picked them off, but still it was not a great experience this time.

Great fresh food and fast service! Even near closing time. Staff is pleasant, friendly and ensures the food is to your satisfaction. Pita chips are amazing! Can't wait to go back!

Pretty good Mediterranean food. Prices were pretty good. This isn't a big place, but it's not tiny, there are about 8 tables. The staff here was very nice. They offer good priced combo deals and plates. Everything seems pretty fresh, and you can see them making most things. I'd definitly stop by again for the Gyros if I am in the area, but wouldn't drive far past other good Gyro places to get here. All on all a good experience.

My wife and I discovered this place about 6 months ago and the food was fantastic, but today we went in and they wouldn’t accept the Groupon we bought about a month ago even though it expires in over a year. No explanation or offer to take the groupon for the amount we paid. The person working there seemed like he was on drugs or something. We had to repeat our simple orders multiple times and he still screwed them up by not putting any tiziki sauce on one and putting taziki and tahini on the other. Not sure how that could be difficult. He gave us our pitas but didn’t make the fries we paid for so we had to wait for those and when we got home we realized they were soggy and not fully cooked. We are so disappointed, we used to love this place.

Always good. It gets super busy in there at times and the poor girl at the counter seems like she could use some help (she does a great job; it just gets so busy and she's the only one ringing people up, making the food, preparing it, packaging it, etc.) Fresh flavors. I could eat their gyro plate every day of my life if I could afford to. House made chips and hummus are good-eatin'. There isn't one thing that I have tried that I don't like.

The best falafel and the kosheri can't be beat!

They close at 7pm on week days. Either that or their lazy and lied to me.

Ordered the gyro and chicken schwarma, food was fresh, hot and savory with perfect amount of sauce, ordered hummus (half regular and half cilantro) which was super fresh and perfect texture, instead of fries. Portions are large and I only ordered the "regular size". I'm looking forward to going back and try their vegetarian options next.

First time in here and will definitely be back. Awesome food.

Yo that cilantro jalapeño humus is to die for. Just enough spice with a strong cilantro kick yum!!!!!!!

The lunch at Tzikii Pita Grill was a remembrance of my teenage days when I had a scholarship to study at an American University and I had to live at the beautiful Mediterranean region for a few years. The food at this restaurant was authentic Mediterranean and my memories were as clear as they could be, as if those days will never be forgotten! The Tzikii restaurant is a casual and cozy place offering dine-in and take out food at their limited indoor and outdoor spaces from 11 am to 7 pm. Their menu indicates the types of dishes and the sides, the vegan specialties, the kids menu and also the desert. They cater and deliver as well through the third party services. My food was delicious and service was attentive and fast. Accessibility conveniences were present for adults and children and for those using wheel chair.

Chicken shawarma pita. Not quite habib's famous kabobs, but I'll take this over the 750 mi drive to get habib's.

We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon with some friends. All 4 of use enjoyed our meal so much that we hardly talked to each other until we had finished. I ordered a gyro with extra tiziki sauce. It was brilliant. Flavorful, tender and fresh! The cucumber lemonade was delicious too.

What a good delicious hidden little gem this is. So fresh and tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful both times I have been. Each time I had the beef shwarma, but they do have many options including wraps and bowls.

They have really good vegetarian food and they are fast and efficient for lunch. They have a menu that I haven't seen anywhere else in the area.

Great food and really friendly service! They wear gloves to prepare the food and it is prepared right in front of you while you watch through the class. I felt confident that they were big on cleanliness and hygiene. I especially enjoyed their chicken shawarma pita and their cucumber lemonade. Have been in twice now, and will be back!

I'm so glad to see in not the only one who loved the food here. Definitely authentic and fresh. My cousin and I got the chicken and beef shawarma to eat in. Very tasty sandwiches and the meat was perfectly seasoned. Then I order the falafel to go with an order of hummus and baba ghanouj. Well the falafel didn't really last we ate it there before we left. Super tasty and vegan if you are looking for that as an option. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our annoying questions about how the food is made. Highly recommend this place. They just need to buy the Hookah place next door and serve it with the food. I love having a hookah with our food just like where we grew up.

We were craving Greek food and found Tzikii Pita Grill traveling through Tempe. The location and decore is nothing fancy, however I'd rather be greeted by a friendly cook and cashier and good food, which we were. The food was so so so good! Great portions. Everything was so fresh and had the best flavor! We will be returning customers.

Deceptively delicious. I was very impressed by the range of vegan options that they offered, as well as the outstanding cucumber lemonade and cilantro jalapeño hummus.

Food seems alright. Ordered take out. Order was read back to me correctly. When i got home everything in my order was wrong. Half my food i cant even eat. Waste of money. Enough to make me not want to go back.

I absolutely adore the cucumber lemonade. I would come in just for that if the food sucked, which it doesn't. The regular pita is delicious!

I had the chicken shawarma pita, it was so good, you will want to lick your plate clean. Then the cucumber lemonade will make you question how you drink lemonade in the future as it is such a perfect combination.

Overpriced with a long wait steer clear.

Authentic tasting food and nice staff

Yummy!!Our cashier was super nice and helpful (younger girl) and I went with a friend who recommended it, along with my boyfriend. There ARE vegan options that are tasty! I especially recommend the cilantro hummus and YOU HAVE TO GET A CUP OF THE CUCUMBER LEMONADE! I even spent an extra dollar for a refil because that stuff is amazing!

The gyro's are always great. Hot and Fresh!
